Our fee, which is included in the buying price that you pay, is never more than €5000. It is set at around that level as it reflects the amount of work that we have to do for each sale. Not only do we have to collect the information on the property, publish it on the Internet, other forms of advertising that we use and other promotional literature that we produce. We also show you the properties that you are intersted in and act as middle man in any negotiations between you and the seller. But our work does not stop there!

We help you effect Power of Attorney, so that the contract can be completed without you needing to attend. We organise the topography on your behalf. We apply for your Tax Registration Number, which you have to have in order to own property in Greece. We check with the Local Authority to make sure that there are no unpaid local taxes. We check with the Public Utilities to make sure there are no unpaid utility bills. We check with the neighbours, where necessary to make sure that they agree with the boundaries drawn on the topographical plan. We liaise between the Lawyer, Notary and yourselves to make certain that your purchase goes smoothly.

We don't stop there, either. We also help you register the electricity bill in your name (no easy task in Crete) and move the water bill into your name. We also help you with a ine of useful information that makes the realism of your dream easy, rather than turning it into a nightmare.
